Who should complete the certification form?

The Clerk, Rector, or Warden of your church should fill out the certification form online.

This page is for certification and payment from a church ONLY (registration will come later, more on that below).

Certification and registration are separate processes, and separate forms. This page is talking about CERTIFICATION.

What will we need to fill out the form?

  1. The number of communicants in good standing

  2. The number of lay delegates your congregation is entitled to (see graphic below)

  3. The names and email addresses for your Lay and Clergy delegates

  4. The names and email addresses for visitors and lay alternate delegates who are attending and that the church is paying for

  5. For visitors you're paying for, you'll need to know which option you're paying for (i.e. all-inclusive, or one of the partial programming options)

  6. A credit card (unless you wish to send a check by mail)

 

What's the cost & what's included?

 

For Delegates:

Cost: $210 per delegate (all-inclusive fee)

Delegate fee includes:

  • Programming:

    • Friday Pre-Convention Workshop

    • Saturday Plenary Sessions/Convention Business

    • Saturday Banquet Program (Keynote) and Dance

  • Meals:

    • Saturday Lunch

    • Saturday Banquet Dinner

    • Sunday Breakfast



For Visitors:

Visitors have several options to choose from this year. If a visitor chooses to attend all 3 options, their total cost would be $210, the same as the delegate all-inclusive fee.

Cost & Programming Options:

  • Option 1: Business Day Experience - $100 - includes:

    • Friday Pre-Convention Workshop

    • Saturday Plenary Sessions/Convention Business

    • Saturday Lunch

  • Option 2: Evening Experience - $80 - includes:

    • Saturday Social Hour

    • Saturday Banquet Program (Keynote) and Dance

    • Saturday Banquet Dinner

  • Option 3: Sunday Morning Experience - $30 - includes:

    • Sunday Breakfast

  • Option 4: ONLY the Friday Pre-Convention Workshop

    • If a visitor would like to attend ONLY the Friday Pre-Convention Workshop and none of the other items listed above, they can fill out the Guest RSVP here, and we suggest at $10 donation at the door.

FYI In addition to what's listed as included, fees help us cover needed software, closed captioning, hotel fees, taxes, tips, and more.

NOT included with any of the above:

  • hotel reservations

  • meals not listed i.e. pre-Convention meals of Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast are on your own

  • Drinks during social hour (there will be a cash bar)

Deadline for certification: September 15, 2025

After completion, a verification email will be sent to the form filler/signer. 

We encourage you to fill out the form sooner than Sept. 15, since amendments can easily be made (by e-mail from the signer of this form) up to and including the day before the Convention and payments will automatically transfer to alternate delegates replacing delegates on this form.
